Operating from our facility at 32 Hope Valley Road in the heart of the Naval Base industrial corridor, our workshop accommodates large-scale mining assets, heavy machinery, structural beams, and transport equipment with dedicated blasting and coating facilities.
Surface preparation is the single most critical factor determining coating longevity. Surface preparation can be specified to AS 1627.4 requirements, and protective coating systems may be selected with reference to AS/NZS 2312.1 depending on asset exposure and project requirements.
Quality assurance documentation can be provided to meet project requirements, including surface profile checks, environmental condition monitoring, and Dry Film Thickness (DFT) records. Where project specifications require independent third-party inspection, this can be accommodated upon request.
In addition to our Naval Base workshop, mobile blasting and coating services can be arranged across the Perth metropolitan area, Kwinana, Henderson, and regional Western Australian locations for on-site plant maintenance and shutdown projects.
